Premier Kids Care, PKC, will abide by all National HIPAA Privacy and Security Requirements. PKC's Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and administering privacy policies and procedures. Additionally, the Corporate Compliance Officer has implemented policies and procedures to ensure that all ePHI is protected from detection, through administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to contain and correct security violations. Firewalls include procedures limiting or restricting access to PHI as appropriate.
